Total Astronomy is a media services consultancy company founded by Simon and Jacqueline Mitton in 2002. We provide editorial and consultancy services to publishers of introductory material on astronomy and related sciences. We specialise in writing about astronomy for the general public and children. We both have 40 years' experience of communicating through the media and numerous successful publications. We understand the needs of publishers, and we aim to satisfy editorial requirements in a professional manner.

Our extensive experience is backed up by commitment, enthusiasm and up-to-date knowledge of our subject. We are highly experienced at development editing and rigourous correction of copy commissioned from writers and designers.
